Role Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you’ll be on the frontlines of our expansion across Latin America—helping businesses of all sizes solve key financial and operational challenges through Payoneer’s portfolio of global payment and financial services. You’ll identify and engage high-potential prospects, collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to grow pipeline, and play a key role in expanding our reach across the region.
What You’ll Do
Pipeline Creation & Market Engagement
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) by industry, geography, and financial needs.
- Launch and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (calls, LinkedIn, email, video) based on intent signals, regional insights, and buyer personas.
- Tailor messaging for different use cases—cross-border payments, Workforce Management, FX management, capital solutions, cards, and beyond.
- Conduct discovery calls to explore business models, payment challenges, cash flow needs, and growth goals.
- Position Payoneer’s value proposition based on regional context and competitor landscape.
- Surface opportunities, handle objections, and book qualified meetings for Business Development Managers -BDs- and/or Partnership Managers.
- Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with local trends and lead sources.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure seamless lead handoff, messaging consistency and nurturing.
- Share prospect feedback with Product, Legal, and Operations to inform roadmap and go-to-market priorities.

- Weekly/monthly qualified pipeline generated
- Conversion rate from outbound efforts to qualified meetings

- 2–4 years in an SDR/BDR role (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B financial services).
- Track record of exceeding KPIs for outbound pipeline generation and qualified meetings booked.
- Experience working with SMBs, exporters, digital platforms, or financial decision-makers.
- Proficiency with outbound tools (Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Aircall, Salesforce).
- Native or fluent Spanish or Portuguese (depending on location). Strong English required for internal communication.
- Based in Mexico, Brazil, or Argentina (hybrid or remote from local hubs).

Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo en áreas de compras en industrias con estándares internacionales de calidad.
- Dominio intermedio/avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito).
- Experiencia en compras internacionales y gestión de importaciones.
- Sólidas habilidades de negociación y manejo de contratos.
- Formación en Ingeniería, Administración, Comercio Exterior o afines.

About This Position
The Citizen Security Division (IFD/CIS) is looking for a meticulous, proactive, and experienced professional to provide administrative and analytical support to the project team leaders and the Division’s Chief. Activities also include support for the coordination, execution, and implementation of the Division's day-to-day administrative and general processes.
The IFD/CIS Division works to strengthen citizen security and justice systems in the region by supporting the design and implementation of effective, evidence-based public policies. Our mission is to help countries reduce crime and violence, promote access to justice, and foster more inclusive, secure, and resilient communities. We do this by strengthening institutions, supporting innovation in service delivery, and fostering collaboration between government and civil society.
The selected consultant will play a key role in crafting compelling narratives, creating impactful content, and positioning the division’s work both within the IDB and with external audiences.
What you’ll do
Events Production
- Support in the planning, organization, and dissemination of virtual, hybrid, and on-site division events, conferences, and meetings.
- Coordination of services (Hotel, conference rooms, audiovisual support, catering services, translation, interpretation, printing, virtual and physical room setup, and assembly, among others, depending on the need) including negotiation with external providers.
- Preparation of a clear work-plan for successful event delivery. (One work-plan and budget per assigned event).
- Coordinate with the Division’s Resource Planner, the reservations/purchases for trips, hotels, lists of participants and per diem payments to participants following IDB policies. This includes the AM-130 and TORs submission when necessary.
- Upload events information to the IDB learning system.
- Provide administrative support for CIS events that require Letters of Agreement (LoA). This includes requesting vendor information, sending LoAs via DocuSign, filling and updating the participants' database, following up on payments, and managing all other communication required with participants.
Technical And Administrative Support
- Work closely with the Division's Resource Planner and Budget Coordinator to assist with administrative requirements and processes related to the corporate functions of the Division.
- Provide support as needed during the hiring process, including follow-up, monitoring, and reporting on the status. This involves preparing and reviewing the required documentation for individual hiring, including terms of reference, budgets, and contract administration.
- Guide project team leaders in HQ and COF on the Bank's regulations, norms, and procedures to navigate each administrative process effectively.
- Ensure adherence to all administrative procedures following the Bank's guidelines and support the implementation of identified institutional strengthening measures.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
Office Coordination
- Manage incoming requests and communications, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Prepare and update the Division’s Chief agenda, ensuring all relevant materials such as reports, presentations, and briefing documents, are included. Confirm the participation of necessary attendees for meetings and follow up on any outstanding items.
- Gather, review, and organize all necessary documentation and materials for the Division’s official missions. This includes preparing detailed agendas, gathering inputs for talking points, briefing information, and ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Facilitate travel logistics for the Division, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation. Manage expense reports through the Concur system, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded and submitted on time.
- Maintain official files of documents and reports in accordance with departmental procedures and Bank policies, ensuring all records are organized, accessible, and saved in the official repository.
What you'll need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent combination of education and experience) in administration, accounting, management, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience. Good knowledge of SAP and Excel. Knowledge of Bank’s operational activities is desirable.
- Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.

- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong social media literacy, and an eye for design. You will play a crucial role in building our brand authority and driving lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Assist with the production of our popular Q&A series, including sourcing prominent industry guests,scheduling posting, and transforming transcripts into compelling blog posts.
- Help write top-of-funnel blog posts and other content that addresses the pain points of CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and engineers in our target industries.
- Utilize AI tools like Google's NotebookLM and other generative AI effectively to streamline content production.
- Manage our presence on LinkedIn and Twitter, posting content natively and engaging with our target audience.
- Repurpose long-form content (Q&A series, blogs) into short-form assets, including social media snippets, video clips, and audio recaps.
- Design and brand high-value content assets.
- Own and manage our content calendar.
Design & Visuals: Create visually appealing social media graphics, carousels, and other branded visuals using design tools like Figma to elevate our content
Measurement & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all content initiatives, providing regular reports on content performance, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B and technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage a content calendar and execute a multi-channel content strategy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter, as B2B marketing tools.
- Experience with or a strong willingness to learn design software like Figma.
- Excellent written communication skills in English with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Some level of technical knowledge from a technical field such as generative AI, robotics, engineering or other technical field. .
- Proven experience using AI tools for content creation and a strong willingness to experiment with new AI tools and workflows.
- A curious mindset with a natural interest for the AI and robotics industries.

En Accenture Song estamos en la búsqueda de un Analista para potenciar un programa de Content Creators, con visión estratégica, orientación a resultados y una profunda comprensión del ecosistema digital de creadores. Esta posición tendrá un rol clave en la construcción, escalado y optimización del programa de content creators, alineado con los objetivos de marca y crecimiento de negocio.
Quien se sume a este desafío será responsable de desarrollar, incorporar y fidelizar a los creadores de contenido más relevantes, generando relaciones de largo plazo que impulsen el negocio.
Qué desafíos te esperan:- Ser parte de grandes proyectos a nivel local y global.
- Implementación de tecnologías de vanguardia.
- Participar en la transformación digital.
- Desarrollar, implementar y gestionar estrategias de adquisición de nuevos creadores de contenido que se integren al programa existente, con foco en escalar el volumen y la calidad del ecosistema.
- Acompañar y potenciar a los creadores ya activos en el programa (farming), asegurando su crecimiento, retención y desempeño mediante tácticas claras de calendarización, segmentación y seguimiento.
- Identificar oportunidades comerciales (hunting) con nuevos perfiles de creadores, tanto emergentes como consolidados, en distintas plataformas (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, entre otras).
- Gestionar end-to-end los canales del programa (comunicación, calendarización, contenidos, beneficios), asegurando consistencia y efectividad en la relación con creadores.
- Trabajar con equipos internos (marketing, producto, soporte) para mejorar la propuesta de valor del programa y sus herramientas.
- Aportar insights del mercado y feedback de los creadores para optimizar los beneficios, contenidos y recursos disponibles.
- Medir y reportar métricas clave de adquisición, activación, retención y performance comercial de los creadores.
- Monitorear y optimizar KPIs de gestión y performance, con foco en engagement, conversión, revenue y efectividad de contenido a lo largo del funnel.
- Analizar resultados y generar insights accionables, transformando datos de alcance, CTR, ROI y otras métricas en recomendaciones estratégicas.
- Colaborar en la creación y curaduría de contenidos estratégicos que fortalezcan la propuesta de valor del programa y potencien el impacto de los creadores.
- Diseñar y ejecutar planes tácticos que impacten directamente en el crecimiento del programa (recomendaciones de performance, activaciones, optimización de campañas y segmentación de creadores).

Requisitos:- Experiencia previa (mínimo 2 años) en roles comerciales o de partnerships, idealmente en plataformas digitales, agencias de influencers, programas de afiliados o redes sociales.
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (must have).
- Sólido entendimiento del ecosistema de creadores de contenido y sus dinámicas de monetización, audiencias y plataformas.
- Conocimiento en gestión de contratos de acuerdos de afiliados, partnerships o similares.
- Mentalidad comercial: foco en resultados, capacidad de negociación y manejo de objeciones.
- Perfil hands-on, resolutivo y con alta capacidad de ejecución.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación: saber cómo generar relaciones de valor con distintos perfiles.
- Deseable experiencia trabajando con CRM o herramientas de seguimiento comercial.
- Capacidad analítica para trabajar con métricas de performance y transformar datos en insights accionables.
- Orientación a performance marketing: experiencia en gestión de KPIs, revenue y resultados medibles.
Lo que se valorará:
- Haber trabajado previamente con bases de influencers, programas de creadores o marketing de afiliados.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de analytics y performance digital (Google Analytics, plataformas de afiliados, etc.).
- Experiencia en compañías tech, e-commerce o plataformas de contenido.
- Pasión por el mundo creator y estar al tanto de tendencias, referentes y dinámicas de cada red social.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos cambiantes, con foco en la mejora continua y mentalidad de startup.
- Experiencia en gestión de KPIs de contenido, optimización de performance y elaboración de reportes ejecutivos.
