About SamaÚma
SamaÚma is a Brazilian organization that leads ecological restoration and community reforestation projects, without the use of agrochemicals, in various biomes (Amazon, Atlantic Forest, Cerrado, Caatinga, and marine-coastal biome). Job Overview
The Marketing Analyst will strengthen SamaÚma's communication, brand visibility, and engagement across multiple platforms. This includes managing social media, producing high-quality materials consistent with the company's visual identity, and ensuring alignment across channels such as the website, YouTube, and external presentations. The role also supports media relations and the creation of strategic materials for partners, funders, and the general public.
This position is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and committed to climate, biodiversity, and community impact.
Main Responsibilities
Digital Communication and Social Media
Manage SamaÚma's channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), publishing approximately three posts per week, aligned with the communication plan.
Promote engagement and monitor interactions, ensuring consistency with SamaÚma's visual identity and tone of voice.
Support YouTube content management (playlists, thumbnails, captions, and paid ads).
Content Creation and Branding
Create and edit texts for posts, newsletters, websites, and external presentations.
Produce and adapt visual and written materials for external use (pitch decks, presentations, reports), ensuring alignment with SamaÚma's branding guidelines.
Support video editing and the development of storytelling materials for impact projects and reports.
Press and External Relations
Provide basic press office support: releases, media kits, and outreach to journalists.
Keep institutional presentation texts up to date and ensure consistency among external materials.
Web and Multiplatform Content
Keep the SamaÚma website updated with the latest information, methodologies, and impact metrics.
Ensure content alignment on digital platforms beyond social media , Open Forest Protocol, , etc.).

Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical updates and translate them into accessible materials.
Qualifications
Requirements
Degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related fields.
Experience in social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn).
Basic skills in video editing and creating bilingual subtitles.
Strong writing skills in Portuguese; advanced knowledge of English.
Familiarity with digital design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma).
Desirable
Interest in climate, biodiversity, and community development.
Previous experience with NGOs, sustainability, or environmental projects.
Knowledge of digital engagement strategies and metrics.

Initial Contract
Employment Type: (PJ) – active CNPJ and invoice issuance required.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Business Units to define, prioritize, and develop projects in order to meet the budget;
- Plan project management, including setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, in coordination with respective team members;
- Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation;
- Provide stakeholders with visibility into project progress;
- Measure project success;
- Ensure that the current project control and quality control methodologies are applied, making sure the necessary project artifacts and deliverables are produced and delivered (including documentation);
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the organization by identifying situations that may cause errors or by reporting errors that have already occurred. Whenever possible, suggestions for improvement may be presented for any situation identified.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role within a technological project management environment.
- English proficiency at an independent user level;
- Experienced in working within Agile and Scrum environments;
- Proficient in tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Project management and/or Scrum Master certification is a strong differentiator and will facilitate the execution of responsibilities;
- Experience in the telecommunications sector (preferably mVAS) is considered an advantage.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
