  • Conhecimento avançado em plataformas e ferramentas EUC: Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop, macOS, VDI (Citrix, VMware Horizon), MDM (Intune, MobileIron), ferramentas de colaboração (Teams, Zoom).
  • Expertise em segurança de dispositivos, zero trust, gerenciamento de identidade e acesso (Azure AD, Okta), criptografia, proteção de endpoints, automação e monitoramento.

Job Summary
The Red Hat Telco Services Consulting Services team is seeking a Senior Architect to join us in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
In this role, you will earn the trust and confidence of customers' engineering, development, and operations teams through in-person and remote interactions by aligning their requirements and use cases to the functional capabilities of our solutions.

+ 2+ years of experience with automation frameworks and tools like Puppet, Chef, Salt, or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.

+ Thorough knowledge of network functions virtualization (NFV), network acceleration such as DPDK and SRIOV, zero-touch provisioning (ZTP), cloud software-defined networking (SDN) or storage disciplines, and DevOps models and technologies.
+ Experience with storage systems like FiberChannel (and/or FCOE), iSCSI, NFS, or other Software Defined Storage technologies.
+ Extensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration and design.
+ Virtualization platforms utilizing KVM, QEMU, OpenStack, OpenShift Virtualization, and VMware.
+ Experience with AppDev automation and pipelines. Technology like Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD, etc
+ Experience with networking technologies, including VLANs, routing protocols, 4/5G, IPAM solutions, and Load Balancers. Technology like Infoblox TCPWave, F5, etc
+ Experience in designing and delivering implementations using various public and private cloud infrastructure technologies and providers
+ Interest and knowledge in AI/ML technologies and recent developments.

- **Expertise in CA Datacom database administration on IBM z/OS** - installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining Datacom in a mainframe environment.
- **Mainframe systems knowledge** - strong command of z/OS operating environment, including Job Control Language (JCL), TSO/ISPF, JES2/SDSF, and use of SMP/E for software maintenance.
- **Performance tuning & capacity planning** - proven ability to monitor Datacom performance, optimize database parameters, and ensure high availability and optimal throughput (proactive workload optimization and resource management).
- **Backup, recovery & DR expertise** - hands-on experience with mainframe backup and restore procedures for databases, implementing robust recovery plans and testing disaster-recovery scenarios to protect data integrity and minimize downtime.
- **Mainframe security and access control** - familiarity with RACF/ACF2 security for controlling database access and compliance with policies, ensuring data is protected in accordance with enterprise standards.
- **Incident, problem & change management** - strong troubleshooting skills and experience leading root cause analysis and resolution for database issues; disciplined change implementation following ITIL processes to maintain stability and auditability.

Description
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.
We are looking for a Network Deploy Technician to join our growing team within infrastructure operations. You will work with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment to drive the stability and sustainability of our next-generation networks and assist in the development of innovative ways to automate and scale our network.
The position's responsibilities include scaling support of several data center locations and day to day assistance with capacity management. You will work closely with internal customers and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution as directed by Network Leadership and Technical Project Managers.
You will leverage your experience supporting large scale, enterprise class networks as well as network implementation and troubleshooting. As a Network Deploy Technician, you will work in a fast paced, collaborative environment with regular peer and customer interaction. In addition to providing management and support of AWS' vast network infrastructure, Network Deploy Technicians establish and follow best practices and refine operational procedures.
All physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodations:
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
- Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in primary responder rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
- Working in cramped and/or elevated and/or noisy environments
- Bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day
- Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation
You will be responsible for having a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license to travel within the regional work area, as company transportation will not be provided.
Key job responsibilities
- Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles
- Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords
- Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment
- Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware
Traveling within and outside of regional work area and international is required 60% of the time. This position also is 100% onsite.
A day in the life
Our team has three primary tasks:
1. Providing the first level networking devices to serve our customer racks entails various tasks (the name of the game is efficiency): You will track network rack intake and delivery; work with various onsite teams to request for rack space, power, and cooling for network racks. And then partner with network engineers to ensure all configurations are ready. You'll also be working on link and device troubleshooting within a certain Service-Level Agreement
2. There is also console builds (and room builds) that are really exciting. You'll be exposed to more teams whose goal is to provide more space and capacity for customer racks.
3. Work with ID-Scaling peers to build higher-level networking devices.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of computer networking experience
- 2+ years of Linux operating systems experience
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pound
- Can work in cramped spaces or in elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelines
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
- Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies

- industry standard certification (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+), or experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering)
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools (telnet, test-netconnection, tracert, tracetcp, iperf, ntttcp, dig, and packet capture tools), or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience with automation and any version control tools
- Knowledge of major Command Line Protocols (Cisco IOS, JunOS, GNU/Linux) and common Networking Protocols (BGP, OSPF)
