**What's the role?**
As a Dynatrace Solution Engineer, you will be a key member of the Dynatrace sales engine and will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to the sales team. You will be the expert on Dynatrace and all facets of Advanced Observability. Within this exciting role, you will be responsible for executing great demos which demonstrate the Dynatrace unique approach in solving the customer's pain, executing and managing POCs onsite and remote, building key relationships with Dynatrace's customers and completing RFIs & RFPs. You will also work across teams including Dynatrace's innovation labs, Dynatrace's Expert Services consultants, CSMs and marketing.
**About you:**
To ensure your success as a Solution Engineer at Dynatrace, you need to be an ambitious, confident and self-motivated individual, with previous SE experience or another technical customer facing role. You need to be passionate about innovative technology, technical sales and articulating value to customers and prospects. In addition, we are also looking for:
+ An excellent team player, with the ability to work across all disciplines.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical value into business value.
+ Previous 3 - 5 years of experience with observability or application performance management technologies and techniques.
+ Ability to troubleshoot technical issues to produce a working outcome and be able to manage this process.
+ Ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously, work with a number of different sales people and support other SEs where needed.
+ Must have a strong desire to grow professionally, adapt to an ever-changing environment and are coachable.
+ Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
**Responsibilities** :
+ Evangelize Dynatrace's product offerings during international trade shows and at key customer account meetings to promote new and expanded business.
+ Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities as well as incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts.
+ As part of the solution engineering team participate in proof of concept (PoC) creation and cloud architecture discussions, leading the technical solution evaluation portion in support of sales opportunities either directly or through channel partners for multiple POCs.
+ Present Dynatrace's vision to our customers C-suite executives.
+ Provide technical guidance in the Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages of the opportunity sales cycle.
+ Present on-stage demonstrations providing insight and context to our customers during key marketing events.
+ Either at Dynatrace sponsored industry events or partner sponsored events, ensure key demonstrations are delivered by you or a team member at demonstration booths.
+ Gather, qualify and provide feedback from customers to Product Management to improve Dynatrace's market share and meet the market needs.
+ Build best practices and share knowledge the team to continuously develop and enhance both your personal and team capabilities.
+ Work with local Sales and Sales Engineering leadership to identify learning/ development opportunities for you and the local team to maintain Dynatrace's leadership position in the market.
+ Create and modify Dynatrace template presentations, in order to attend the specific demands of each customer.
+ Not only work with internal sales team, but also with partners, supporting their team in the customers and being a technical point of contact for them (trusted advisor/technical coach).
+ Position might be filled at a higher level based on candidate experience.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
+ 3 years of experience within the observability space. Preferred Requirements:
+ Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
+ Experience with programming / scripting side technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js and database.
+ Advance knowledge of Operating Systems (OS) including Windows and Linux.
+ Experience with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices Knowledge with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure or GCP.
+ Experience with modern technologies like containers, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines.
+ Experience with automation like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, etc.

**Work Set-Up:** Local Travel - In patient Home
Are you a Registered Nurse interested in Clinical Trial work?
IQVIA is looking for qualified Registered Nurses interested in community and clinical trial work to visit clinical trial patients in their homes. You will be responsible for going to patient homes to assist with conducting research, collecting data and samples to help evaluate safety/efficacy of a new medication.
The visits/hours can be arranged to suit your current work schedule but need to be in the morning/early afternoon. Preferably we look for PRN Nurses or Nurses who already work part time.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete all reports and written assignments in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner per set timelines and customer expectations.
+ Maintain a high level of professional standards in all interactions with patients and customer contacts.
+ Read, understand, and adhere to important documents such as fraud and abuse guidelines, FDA guidelines, Pharma code, and HIPAA guidelines and memos regarding policy and procedures.
**Role of Nurse During Visit:**
+ Collecting samples and required information and data.
+ Drawing blood, taking vitals, and conducting urine tests.
+ Administering medication if needed.
+ Labeling and shipment of samples.
+ Reporting of adverse events.
+ Inputting reporting and event notes post-assignment.
+ Tasks can vary depending on the trial.
**Requirements:**
+ Active RN license in home state.
+ BLS certification required.
+ Must be comfortable with basic software programs.
+ Recent experience in drawing blood.
+ Flexible with your time and available on short notice.
+ Ability to travel regionally by car, and willing to travel up to 90 miles if needed.
+ Possess a cellular phone, reliable transportation, and access to the internet.
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time; bending or kneeling may be required.

- Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process.

- Maintain employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or a similar People Operations role.
- Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms (Workable and BambooHR are a plus).
- Native or bilingual Portuguese and advanced English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

The Partner GTM Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a reseller partner sales strategy, programs, and processes essential to growing this segment of the company. In this role, the Partner GTM Leader will drive growth through a focus reseller partner network. You will be a hands-on leader responsible for executing on all aspects of the business relationship with each partner including recruiting, qualifying, onboarding, training, GTM strategy, and win/loss reporting. The role requires an individual with strong leadership, sales and partnering skills. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business and technical skills; an ability to both envision process improvements while driving the existing business; along with influencing skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional constituencies to grow the business. Additionally, they will facilitate proactive sales collaboration between their partners and Broadcom Product and Sales Organizations.
What You'll Do:
- Working with focus partners, you'll lead the development of resell strategy, the management of relationships, and the management and close of a pipeline of opportunities.
- Create strong relationships based on trust, integrity, and customer satisfaction to effectively drive sales and repeat business with focus partners.
- Proactively develop and implement partner driven sales plays.
- Support efforts to transition direct business where appropriate to management by partners
- Manage a portfolio of focus partners with an established practice. Create and maintain strong business relationships with assigned business partners at all levels within the partner including executive, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Develop relationships with direct sales team and provide them with insight into partnering strategies and best practices as well as partner capabilities.
- Drive partner alignment with sales and business strategy through proactive communications on key initiatives such as products updates, program changes, pricing changes, new product launches, key events, marketing efforts, sales plays, etc.
- Support business partner sales activity and ensure alignment with direct sales team and coordinate the involvement of appropriate resources including solution engineering, support, marketing, product management and management resources.
- Plan and execute annual business plan with top partners.
- Ensure partners are participating in enablement activities and trained and certified on portfolio of products.
- Recruit and onboard new high potential partners.
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Provide management with regular sales reports (renewal health, forecasting and pipeline), as well as competitive updates, channel trends and competitive strategies to ensure maintains a competitive position with business partners.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in related software industry, with at least 7 years of SaaS and/or subscription software experience.
- High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong bias towards action. Can efficiently drive projects to conclusion through proactive planning, high attention to detail, and the ability to hold stakeholders accountable.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue (subscription) business models.
