- Formação superior em Medicina;
- Experiência específica com produtos de infusão ou serviços clínicos relacionados;

Responsabilidades e atribuições
Principais desafios da posição:
- Estruturar e consolidar o modelo corporativo de relacionamento médico para Infusão Não Oncológica em SP;
- Expandir a rede de médicos prescritores e aumentar a utilização dos Centros de Infusão;
- Apoiar decisões estratégicas por meio de análises de indicadores assistenciais, operacionais e financeiros, incluindo estudos de margem de medicamentos;
- Promover integração entre corpo clínico, operações, áreas corporativas e parceiros da indústria farmacêutica, garantindo excelência na experiência médica e do paciente;
- Desenvolver e executar a estratégia corporativa de relacionamento médico para os Centros de Infusão Não Oncológica;
- Realizar visitas a consultórios, hospitais da Rede D’Or e clínicas para apresentação dos serviços, estrutura, diferenciais e linhas de cuidado da Rede D'Or;
- Prospectar, credenciar e desenvolver médicos prescritores, internos e externos à Rede D'Or, ampliando a rede de especialistas parceiros;
- Fortalecer o relacionamento com médicos já cadastrados, acompanhando satisfação, volume de encaminhamentos, oportunidades de expansão e resolução de demandas;
- Planejar e apoiar a implantação de novas linhas de cuidado, novos serviços e expansão dos Centros de Infusão;
- Monitorar a disponibilidade de agendas médicas, identificando oportunidades para aumento da oferta e da utilização dos serviços;
- Elaborar estudos de margem e viabilidade econômica de medicamentos, apoiando estratégias de incorporação e sustentabilidade financeira;
- Prestar suporte técnico às equipes e ao corpo clínico em temas relacionados à prescrição e aos protocolos assistenciais;
- Desenvolver e coordenar treinamentos e ações de educação médica em parceria com a indústria farmacêutica e sociedades médicas;
- Negociar e acompanhar contratos médicos, modelos de remuneração e parcerias estratégicas;
- Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, incluindo relacionamento médico, número de prescritores ativos, taxa de utilização dos Centros de Infusão, produção, receita e resultados das ações implementadas;
- Elaborar análises executivas e apresentações para a diretoria, apoiando a tomada de decisão e o planejamento estratégico;
- Atuar de forma integrada com as diretorias médicas, operações, marketing, comercial, jurídico e demais áreas corporativas para garantir o desenvolvimento e o crescimento sustentável das linhas de cuidado.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.
We are looking for a Network Deploy Technician to join our growing team within infrastructure operations. You will work with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment to drive the stability and sustainability of our next-generation networks and assist in the development of innovative ways to automate and scale our network.
The position's responsibilities include scaling support of several data center locations and day to day assistance with capacity management. You will work closely with internal customers and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution as directed by Network Leadership and Technical Project Managers.
You will leverage your experience supporting large scale, enterprise class networks as well as network implementation and troubleshooting. As a Network Deploy Technician, you will work in a fast paced, collaborative environment with regular peer and customer interaction. In addition to providing management and support of AWS' vast network infrastructure, Network Deploy Technicians establish and follow best practices and refine operational procedures.
All physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodations:
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
- Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in primary responder rotation and provide after-hours support as needed

Key job responsibilities
- Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles
- Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords
- Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment
- Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware
Traveling within and outside of regional work area and international is required 60% of the time. This position also is 100% onsite.
A day in the life
Our team has three primary tasks:
1. Providing the first level networking devices to serve our customer racks entails various tasks (the name of the game is efficiency): You will track network rack intake and delivery; work with various onsite teams to request for rack space, power, and cooling for network racks. And then partner with network engineers to ensure all configurations are ready. You'll also be working on link and device troubleshooting within a certain Service-Level Agreement
2. There is also console builds (and room builds) that are really exciting. You'll be exposed to more teams whose goal is to provide more space and capacity for customer racks.

- Experience with network troubleshooting tools (telnet, test-netconnection, tracert, tracetcp, iperf, ntttcp, dig, and packet capture tools), or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience with automation and any version control tools
- Knowledge of major Command Line Protocols (Cisco IOS, JunOS, GNU/Linux) and common Networking Protocols (BGP, OSPF)

**Minimum qualifications:**

+ 3 years of experience in DWDM or system design operations methodology.
+ Experience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environment.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience with deploying optical line systems in data centers, huts and colocation facilities managed by third-party vendors.
+ Experience troubleshooting of DWDM and routing systems. Proficient in DWDM and routing topology and architecture, can serve as resource for other teams.
+ Knowledge of fiber types and their application; physical fiber characteristics; and standard testing tools (OSA, BERT, OTDR).
+ Understanding of networking and fundamentals of network troubleshooting at both Layer1 and Layer 3.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

**Responsibilities**
+ Plan and execute long-haul optical system turn-ups, complex path generation, physical infrastructure changes, and project sequencing for capacity updates.
+ Partner cross-functionally on major program network designs and shape goals for Network Delivery.
+ Manage network inventory systems, oversee vendor efficiency, and create metrics to track productivity.
+ Develop engineering standards, best practices, and training materials.
+ Drive requirements for new automation tools and serve as technical expert for new product introductions.

Realizando análise de risco em saúde e elaboração de estratégias de gerenciamento de saúde.
Participando da elaboração e apresentação de comitês de saúde com análise financeira, demográfica e de riscos em saúde dos contratos, propondo ações para gestão de custos e dos riscos à saúde identificados.

O que esperamos de conhecimentos para essa vaga?
Graduação em Medicina, com registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Medicina (CRM).
Residência em alguma especialidade médica, por exemplo: ortopedia, coluna, neuro, vascular, cardiologia etc;
Conhecimento das normas e regulamentações do setor de saúde (ANS, Código de Ética Médica, etc.);
Domínio da terminologia médica e das melhores práticas clínicas;
Habilidade de interpretação de exames complementares e laudos médicos;
Conhecimento de informática (pacote Office, sistemas de gestão em saúde).
Disponibilidade para visitas externas, quando necessário.
Diferencial:
Pós-graduação ou especialização em Auditoria Médica, Gestão em Saúde ou áreas afins;
Experiência em análise de prontuários, auditoria médica ou áreas relacionadas.
