Estamos em busca de Gerentes Regionais de Expansão com atuação em nível Brasil para integrar a área de Expansão da Companhia, contribuindo diretamente para o crescimento e desenvolvimento do nosso negócio em diferentes regiões do país. Essa posição terá papel estratégico na identificação e negociação de novos pontos comerciais que sustentem a expansão da rede, sendo responsável por analisar oportunidades de mercado, conduzir negociações comerciais de alto valor e apoiar a construção de business cases para novos investimentos e abertura de unidades. Procuramos profissionais com perfil analítico, experiência em Real Estate, forte capacidade de negociação e habilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas internas, contribuindo diretamente para a expansão e o desenvolvimento do negócio.
- Buscar pontos comerciais baseados em dados, e estratégia definida
- Garantir a negociação comercial, dentro de um modelo de viabilidade econômica, compatível com padrão de mercado, dentro do business case
- Análise prévia documental, inerente ao imóvel, para efetivar a condição de assinatura de contrato
- Trazer os insights necessários para o time de Inteligência de Mercado para construção do business case para deliberação da Companhia.
- Relacão dentro do compliance, com proprietários, investidores, e todas as áreas afins da Companhia
- Acompanhar maturação da nova unidade, dentro do primeiro ano de abertura
Habilidades Técnicas:
- Conhecimento técnico de Negociação Comercial de alto valor;
- Conhecimento de Mercado de Análise Comercial;
- Conhecimento de área operacional de varejo;
- Experiência em Real State;
- Construção de material tático para defesa de uma nova unidade de negócio,
- Habilidade de mediação de conflitos,
Formação Acadêmica:
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Farmácia ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência:
- Experiência sólida no mercado de Real Estate.

Key responsabilities:
- Attract, map, build pipelines and hire high-quality talent. Support functions, focusing on operational, technical and leadership roles.
- Proactively engage in headhunting and direct sourcing to identify active and passive candidates across different channels.
- Build and maintain external pipelines to ensure a diverse and agile talent pool for future business needs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand talent gaps and design forward-looking hiring strategies.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments, collaborating across departments and geographies.
- Advocate for the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, ensuring timely, respectful and informative communication.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives on different platforms and local events, aligned with regional and global strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data and feedback to enhance recruitment processes.
- Coordinate and support hiring activities even when managers are based internationally, ensuring strong local alignment.
- Be available for occasional travel to other terminals to support recruitment initiatives or collaborate with Hiring Managers.
Must have:
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition, especially in operational roles;
- Advanced English;
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting
Nice to have:
- Knowledge in Workday.
- Backgoround in supply chain or terminal operations
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and provide consultative guidance
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple roles simultaneously with independence
- Resilience and adaptability to work in a hybrid model, with remote supervision and on-site business partners.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ **Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, particularly in the networking and/or security industry.**
