Responsabilidades da posição:
- Realizar atendimento consultivo aos clientes, identificando suas necessidades visuais e recomendando as lentes de contato mais adequadas;
- Orientar e conduzir o processo de adaptação de novos usuários de lentes de contato, garantindo segurança, conforto e confiança durante a transição dos óculos para as lentes;
- Demonstrar as características, benefícios e diferenciais dos produtos, oferecendo recomendações personalizadas de acordo com o estilo de vida e perfil de cada cliente;
- Efetuar provas, adaptações e acompanhamento pós-venda, assegurando a correta utilização e satisfação dos clientes;
- Contribuir para o atingimento das metas de vendas por meio de um atendimento de excelência, fidelização e relacionamento contínuo com os clientes;
- Manter-se atualizado sobre lançamentos, tecnologias e inovações relacionadas às lentes de contato e saúde visual;
- Apoiar a organização da loja, controle de estoque de lentes de contato e materiais relacionados, garantindo a disponibilidade dos produtos;
- Atuar em parceria com a equipe da loja para proporcionar uma experiência de compra diferenciada e alinhada aos padrões de excelência.
Requisitos da posição:
- Ensino técnico óptico ou graduação em óptica e optometria (obrigatório)
- Experiência com vendas consultivas e atendimento ao cliente;
- Conhecimento sobre lentes de contato, soluções e cuidados com a saúde ocular;
- Disponibilidade de horário para atuação no varejo;
- Conhecimento no segmento óptico será considerado um diferencial.

O que é essencial você já ter:
- Formação superior em Farmácia, Engenharia, Biomedicina ou área correlata às Ciências da Saúde/Exatas;

Propósito do cargo

Responsabilidades principais
A. Gestão Comercial e Estratégica
• Definir e executar a estratégia comercial regional alinhada aos objetivos globais da empresa.
• Cumprir e superar os objetivos de vendas, mix de produto e rentabilidade por país.
• Desenvolver planos comerciais específicos por mercado, considerando maturidade, potencial e estrutura local.

Missão do Cargo
Garantir a performance operacional da rede de técnicos terceirizados na região, assegurando o cumprimento de SLAs, qualidade de atendimento e produtividade, atuando como elo entre a operação de campo e o Gerente Regional.
Quais são as principais responsabilidades?
- Acompanhar diariamente os indicadores de produtividade, qualidade e SLA dos técnicos terceirizados na região.
- Monitorar e cobrar as empresas fornecedoras quanto ao cumprimento das metas operacionais.
- Identificar gaps de cobertura, capacidade e desempenho por localidade e acionar planos de ação.
- Apoiar na integração e onboarding de novos técnicos terceirizados.
- Realizar visitas de campo periódicas para acompanhamento da execução e alinhamento com supervisores locais.
- Reportar resultados e riscos ao Gerente Regional com cadência definida.
- Garantir a correta execução dos processos operacionais pelos técnicos (registro em sistema, cumprimento de procedimentos, etc.).
- Assegurar a regularidade das documentações dos técnicos terceirizados e das empresas fornecedoras (habilitações, certificações, apólices de seguro, contratos e demais requisitos de homologação), atuando preventivamente para evitar irregularidades que impactem a operação.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: Driver's License
