We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Accounting Analyst who will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, analyzing balance sheets and variances, ensuring adherence to local standards and headquarters guidelines, as well as managing and promoting the application of internal policies and strengthening internal controls and compliance. The position will play an important role in interacting with global teams, audits, and supporting corporate and tax matters related to service delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the main interface with outsourced accounting, ensuring alignment and quality of deliverables
- Review monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and management reports)
- Perform detailed analysis of accounting accounts and balance sheet analysis, including reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Compare and ensure consistency between local numbers and those reported to headquarters
- Identify, analyze, and explain significant variations and accounting inconsistencies
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (BR GAAP) and corporate policies
- Monitor and validate tax obligations, focusing on service-related activities
- Handle corporate matters, including support for documentation and interactions with external advisors
- Support and follow up on internal and external audits, providing the necessary information and documentation
- Ensure governance and adherence to internal policies by acting as a facilitator with other departments and conducting verification audits for monitoring Compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting, tax, and internal control processes. Support the implementation of new processes, operations, and related administrative tasks.
- Interact with internal areas (MAINLY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, FP&A, PURCHASING, Operations) and GSC.

- Strong background in internal audit, tax routines
- Previous experiences with balance sheet analysis and account reconciliations
- Advanced English knowlwdge (mandatory)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst who will work strategically and consultatively in the company's financial planning structure, being responsible for consolidating the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, directly supporting leadership in decision-making process. Conduct complex performance analyses, identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency, ensure the reliability of financial information, and contribute to the development of best FP&A practices.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the process of preparing, consolidating, and monitoring the annual budget and forecasts.
- Conduct advanced financial analyses, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and significant differences between actuals, budget, and forecast.
- Act as a financial partner to business areas, supporting managers in decision-making through profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency analyses.
- Coordinate the monthly closing, ensuring the quality and consistency of financial information.
- Develop complex financial models for projections, business cases, economic feasibility studies, and financial analyses.
- Prepare executive presentations for the board, highlighting key financial result variances and strategic recommendations.
- Take initiative in automating and continuously improving FP&A processes, management controls, and reporting.

About you:

- Circular pelo lounge para detectar irregularidades de manutenção, limpeza e operacional relatando imediatamente a gerência e preenchendo adequadamente a planilha de ordens de serviço e o DMR.
- Manter o Admission Instruction (AI) atualizado demais documentos encadernados e plastificados.
- Supervisionar os serviços dos Supervisores Jr, Agentes de Atendimento (GSO), Atendentes de Alimentos e Bebidas (F&B), bartenders, e Auxiliares de Serviços Gerais (ASG).

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to oversee Food & Beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, and operational compliance. This professional will play a key role in monitoring cost performance, identifying variances, improving internal controls, and supporting both Finance and Operations to ensure efficiency and profitability across F&B outlets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.
- Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
- Update and maintain receipts into the systems (FMC).
- Check and verify voids in the POS, WAS, Point soft, Sun & Oasis systems.
- Check and verify discounts on the POS, WAS, Point soft, Sun & Oasis systems.
- Check and verify any happy hours discounts.
- Check and verify all complimentary sales in POS, WAS, Point soft, Sun & Oasis systems.
- Check and verify all staff meals, ENT and staff discounts.
- Check and verify all Event Package meals.
- Check and verify all settlements done on the POS system.
- Check and cross verify if all sales have been transferred correctly to the Property Management systems (PMS).
- Check and verify for any lost postings.
- Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.
- Check the menu pricing on the POS, WAS, Point soft, Sun & Oasis systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
- Tally all end of shift reports generated from all POS, WAS, Point soft, Sun & Oasis tills.
- Continuously study weaknesses in F&B control implemented at the Hotel and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Check the daily Food & Beverage revenues report submitted by the income audit for the accuracy of covers and average check.
- Responsible for linking the articles and Recipes in Material Control.
- Responsible for preparing daily Food and Beverage Report and distribute to management.
- Responsible for monthly F&B Report and distribute to management.
- Responsible for surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
- Prepare Duty Drinks and management report and confirm that this is as per entitlement.
- Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales.
- Prepare daily staff meal cost report.
- Participate in stock taking at the restaurants.
- Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality.
- Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
- Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe.
- Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B.
- Update selling prices in POS, WAS, Point soft, Sun & Oasis as per the instruction from authorised persons.
- Maintain the security of the information held by the department.
- Responsible to maintain the Menu Pricing, Consumption and POS, WAS, Point soft, Sun & Oasis systems.
- Any other tasks as and when required by the management.

Key Responsibilities
- Centralize, track, and manage labor-related claims, processes, and demands.
- Act as the primary liaison between external legal counsel, the Corporate Legal team, and local operations.
- Monitor and manage all Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and labor compliance documentation.
- Maintain a strong partnership with Occupational Health & Safety service providers.
- Oversee company compliance processes, including the administration and follow-up of whistleblower channels.

What We're Looking For
