+ Estudo de Dados: Coletar e analisar dados de perdas, desvios operacionais e extravios para descobrir padrões que geram perdas de Allowance e acionamento de BPP. Auditorias de Processo: Fazer auditorias frequentes em todas as etapas da cadeia (recebimento, indução, guarda e expedição) para encontrar erros processuais e garantir o cumprimento das regras de segurança. Formalização de Crise (High Value): Atuar como validador tático em casos críticos identificados na triagem de produtos de alto valor, formalizando os cenários de risco/fraude via e-mail e canais corporativos oficiais à gerência regional e ao time de LP do cliente. Investigação de Causa Raiz: Analisar criticamente as falhas ocorridas no SVC (fluxo operacional), determinando a causa raiz técnica e aplicando planos de ação corretivos de acordo com o perfil do risco. **Como criar impacto**
- Supervisionar a área de Recursos Humanos de Contratos Logísticos, com foco nas operações de armazém elaborando políticas corporativas, alinhando procedimentos, otimizando processos e solucionando os problemas pertinentes.
- Liderar e coordenar o time de analistas selecionando, treinando, avaliando o desempenho e estimulando o nível de motivação dos colaboradores.
- Promover a melhoria contínua do ambiente de trabalho, mediante a implementação de ações que conciliem os objetivos individuais com as necessidades do negócio.
- Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e propor ações para atingir as metas de produtividade, qualidade e satisfação.
- Assessorar o time de gestão na tomada de decisões, organização e gestão de suas equipes, e desenvolver relacionamento com stakeholders das operações.

**How you create impact**
+ Lead the end-to-end tender management process, acting as project manager to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
+ Collaborate with Key Account Managers to define strategies, align stakeholders and translate customer needs into winning solutions.
+ Support the development of competitive pricing structures in coordination with pricing teams.
+ Contribute to business growth by identifying value-added solutions and supporting strategic global accounts.
+ Conduct post-tender reviews to identify improvements and strengthen future performance.
+ Ensure a smooth handover from tender to implementation, maintaining alignment with customer expectations.
+ Orchestrate and deliver business reviews (MBR, QBR, YBR) to strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
+ Promote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
+ Act as a key interface between sales, customer experience, supply chain design and other stakeholders.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ 2-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain environments.
+ Experience in tender management, pricing or operational excellence roles.
+ Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
+ Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders.
+ Strong analytical skills with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
+ Ability to apply consultative selling approaches and translate customer needs into solutions.
+ Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
+ Fluent English (additional languages are a plus depending on location).
+ University degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
