**International Marketing Specialist**
**Mission**
The International Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the commercialization and lifecycle management of assigned products and franchises across international markets. This role develops and executes marketing strategies, promotional initiatives, and cross-functional projects to drive business growth, maximize product performance, and achieve sales and profitability objectives. The Specialist ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with Grifols' Compliance and Integrity policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Marketing Strategy & Execution**
+ Support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, promotional campaigns, budgets, and business objectives for assigned products and franchises.
+ Develop and implement marketing initiatives that strengthen product positioning and support commercial objectives across international markets.
+ Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials, promotional content, and digital campaigns, including the use of AI-powered marketing tools where appropriate.
+ Provide strategic and operational marketing support to regional affiliates, including business case development and implementation guidance.
+ Lead or co-lead the planning and execution of international and regional congresses, conferences, and promotional events.
+ Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and Compliance & Integrity standards.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Partner closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Launch & Lifecycle Management, Global Commercial Services, and regional Business Units to execute marketing initiatives.
+ Collaborate with country teams to identify market needs, gather customer insights, and translate feedback into actionable marketing strategies.
+ Support product launch and lifecycle management activities through effective cross-functional coordination.
**Business Analysis & Planning**
+ Support the Long-Range Planning (LRP) process and assist in the management of the annual operating budget (OPEX) for assigned products.
+ Monitor marketing performance and provide insights to optimize investments and business results.
+ Contribute to sales forecasting for Europe, IBAM, and MEAA regions to support demand planning and inventory management.
+ Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and commercial performance to support strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications**
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
**Experience**
+ 1-2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, or a related business function.
+ Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry is preferred.
**Languages**
+ English - Advanced (required)
+ Spanish - Advanced (required)
+ Portuguese is a plus.

**Sobre a posição**
Estamos em busca de um(a) **Customer Service Representative (Faturamento)** para atuar na área de Supply Chain, garantindo a excelência no processamento de pedidos, faturamento e atendimento aos clientes internos e externos. Você será responsável por assegurar que as operações ocorram com precisão, qualidade e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva do cliente e para a eficiência dos processos.
Nesta função, você trabalhará em parceria com diferentes áreas da empresa, apoiando a gestão da carteira de pedidos, o acompanhamento das entregas e a resolução de demandas operacionais.
**Principais responsabilidades**
+ Realizar o registro, processamento e faturamento de pedidos de produtos e serviços no sistema SAP.
+ Emitir notas fiscais de acordo com as operações e legislações aplicáveis.
+ Gerenciar a carteira de pedidos, acompanhando pendências (backlog) e atuando em conjunto com clientes e equipe Comercial para sua resolução.
+ Prestar suporte aos clientes internos e externos sobre o status de pedidos em processamento e faturados.
+ Apoiar a operação logística na correção de inconsistências relacionadas ao processamento de pedidos.
+ Atuar em conjunto com as transportadoras para garantir o cumprimento das entregas.
+ Registrar, acompanhar e gerenciar reclamações de clientes no SAP/Fiori.
+ Elaborar, emitir e analisar relatórios do SAP para acompanhamento dos indicadores e da rotina operacional.
+ Apoiar o processo de inventário anual.
+ Desenvolver e manter controles operacionais em planilhas eletrônicas para suporte às atividades diárias.
+ Dar suporte às áreas de Logística e Departamento Técnico na investigação de reclamações e desvios.

**Requisitos**
+ Ensino superior completo em Administração, Direito, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.
+ Experiência mínima de 1 ano em atendimento ao cliente, faturamento, gestão de pedidos ou funções similares.
+ Experiência com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP.
+ Conhecimento básico em Microsoft Excel para elaboração de controles e relatórios.

**Distributor Sales Manager LATAM**
**Role Mission**
The Distributor Sales Manager LATAM is responsible for driving distributor sales performance and profitability across the Latin American region. This role ensures the achievement of commercial objectives by managing distributor relationships, providing operational and strategic support, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and promoting company solutions through regular engagement with distributors, end users, and key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
**Education**
Bachelor's degree in:

**Professional Experience**
+ Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory, or transfusion medicine industry.
+ Proven experience managing distributors and indirect sales channels across LATAM.
+ Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
**Technical Skills**
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
+ Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
+ Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
**Languages**
+ Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).
+ Professional English proficiency, including the ability to participate in training sessions and deliver presentations.
