Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) de Engenharia de Produto para atuar no Laboratório de Ruídos e Vibrações, com alta autonomia técnica, senso crítico e analítico, além de forte capacidade de resolução de problemas. Esta pessoa terá interface constante com engenheiros e áreas de apoio, garantindo a qualidade e a conformidade dos testes conduzidos em veículos e componentes.
**Principais responsabilidades**
+ Executar calibração de instrumentos e equipamentos de testes nos veículos em ensaios de ruído e vibrações.
+ Efetuar manutenção corretiva e preventiva de instrumentação e equipamentos de teste nos veículos.
+ Prover orientação e informação aos engenheiros e motoristas quanto ao manuseio de instrumentação e equipamentos de teste.
+ Instrumentar veículos para testes em laboratório, conforme planos de testes definidos.
+ Substituir peças dos veículos para realização de retrofit e atualização de modelo no pré-teste.
+ Operar softwares específicos dos equipamentos de teste.
+ Executar programação básica de rotinas dentro do software de testes.
+ Estabelecer etapas das atividades para as Instruções de Trabalho (IT) específicas, apontando riscos e colaborando com informações de segurança, utilizando o conceito de SFEMEA.
+ Atender às normas de qualidade ISO 9000 durante a montagem e execução dos testes.
+ Operar equipamentos de medição sonora e de vibrações em veículos, subsistemas e componentes.
+ Operar e posicionar microfones e acelerômetros específicos para testes de ruídos e vibrações.
+ Ter conhecimento básico de análise modal para análise de frequência natural de peças, subsistemas e veículo totalmente integrado.
+ Preencher relatórios dos testes em conjunto com os engenheiros do laboratório.
+ Executar testes em pistas para avaliação qualitativa, observando ruídos parasitas e vibrações indesejadas.
+ Atuar em parceria com compras, almoxarifado e logística para aquisição de peças, equipamentos e serviços relacionados às facilidades do laboratório.
+ Auxiliar a liderança com atividades básicas na administração do laboratório, como workload, budget e sistemas de Segurança do Trabalho.
**Requisitos obrigatórios**
+ Formação técnica em Mecatrônica ou Eletroeletrônica (curso completo).
+ Noções de inglês técnico para leitura de manuais e procedimentos.

**Diferenciais desejáveis**
+ Experiência prévia no setor automotivo, especialmente em áreas de testes de ruído, vibração e conforto (NVH).

The primary role of the Subsystem Validation Engineer is to ensure all areas of validation, requirements and integration have been completed for the assigned programs. Individuals at this level have broad technical knowledge, combined with creative and independent thinking, that allow him to operate with a high level of independent discernment to make decision and coordinate activities and program key deliverables. Performs complex assignments requiring a wider application of principles, theories, and concepts, interacting with suppliers, internal customers and global organization. **The role**
Product Marketing Coordinator build the bridges among product development, marketing, and sales, by developing and executing 360° strategies to drive the product's value to the market.
**What you will do (responsabilities):**
+ Build and Support short/mid-term strategies for product lines: content, trim levels, configurations, price, mix and volume, color palettes, special series
+ Define and monitor the 360° product strategy (sales performance, training, CRM, Advertisement, Distribution, Price, Test drive, etc.)
+ Create product communication brief together with Communication team
+ Collaborate in the development of long-term strategies along with Product Planning area
+ Define tactical market research to get ad-hoc insights from customers.
+ Ensure strategies are aligned with the Dealers Product Committee.
+ Develop strategies and tactical plans to improve the KPIs of its product line throughout the lifecycle, applying comparably equipped pricing analysis, sales and stock mix, market share, performance by channel (DS and TD)
+ Ensure flawless and impactful launches
+ Participate in cross-functional forums for applying product changes: PETs, MCOs workshops, Design Workshops, Infotainment workshops etc
+ Participate in global strategies with Product Global Marketing
+ Ensure delivery of support materials for new releases: MEV's, S&O's, Sales Package
+ Lead launch Go-to-Market Strategy
+ Support product events together with VSSM, PR and MKT Planning.
+ Building materials for the gates of GVDP VSSM (MVR, MLR, MLA).
+ Reflect product updates or needs on PCCRs
+ Develop and support TOP leadership presentations
+ Support and integrate work with GMSA Product Marketing team

**Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):**
+ Graduation: Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related
+ Postgraduate: MBA with focus Marketing will be a differential
+ Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory) / Spanish (desirable)
+ Previous Experience in Product, Planning, Marketing or Sales at automotive market
+ Microsoft Office advanced knowledge

**Job Description**
- Assist in the creation of new recipes and / or adaptations when necessary.
- Assist in the pre-preparation of the menu items (hygiene and food cutting).

**Principais responsabilidades:**
+ Realizar reconhecimento de campo e levantamento dos agentes ambientais presentes nos processos e atividades;
+ Apoiar avaliações qualitativas e quantitativas de exposição ocupacional, com foco em agentes químicos, físicos e, quando aplicável, biológicos;
+ Executar ou acompanhar estratégias de amostragem ocupacional, assegurando representatividade da exposição, conforme atividade, jornada e grupo homogêneo de exposição, quantidade de amostras, tipo de coleta, instrumentos e métodos aplicáveis;
+ Atuar na gestão de produtos químicos, incluindo apoio aos processos de aprovação, análise de FDS/FISPQ, controle de inventário, verificação de requisitos de armazenamento, rotulagem e compatibilidade química, em alinhamento com padrões internos e requisitos legais;
+ Verificar controles existentes e recomendar ações de melhoria, priorizando medidas de engenharia, administrativas e boas práticas operacionais;
+ Apoiar a análise de resultados, elaboração de relatórios técnicos, registros de campo e documentação de suporte para programas legais, corporativos e previdenciários;
+ Apoiar o registro e a consistência das informações de exposição em sistemas aplicáveis, incluindo interface com SOC/eSocial, de forma a sustentar documentos legais e históricos ocupacionais;
+ Apoiar processos relacionados à emissão e revisão de PPP, garantindo a consistência entre dados de exposição, GHE, períodos laborados e registros ambientais aplicáveis;
+ Atuar em conjunto com as áreas operacionais, lideranças, fornecedores e times de saúde e segurança para viabilizar avaliações e planos de ação;
+ Contribuir para a investigação de desvios, identificação de causas e definição de ações preventivas e corretivas relacionadas à exposição ocupacional;
+ Apoiar treinamentos, orientações em campo e disseminação de boas práticas de segurança, higiene ocupacional e gestão segura de produtos químicos.
**Requisitos obrigatórios:**
+ Formação técnica completa em Segurança do Trabalho;
+ Conhecimento em higiene ocupacional, reconhecimento de riscos ambientais e rotinas de avaliação de exposição;
+ Conhecimento de legislação e referências aplicáveis à saúde e segurança do trabalho, incluindo normas regulamentadoras (NR15 e NR16) e métodos reconhecidos de avaliação ocupacional (NHO e ACGIH);
+ Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de resultados técnicos, elaboração de registros e acompanhamento de planos de ação;
+ Conhecimento do sistema SOC;
+ Conhecimento em pacote Office e sistemas de registro e controle;
**Requisitos diferenciais:**
+ Experiência prática com avaliações ocupacionais de agentes químicos e físicos.
+ Conhecimento em estratégias de amostragem, calibração de equipamentos e acompanhamento de laboratório acreditado.
