The Trade Compliance Leader LATAM is responsible for The LATAM Trade Compliance Leader is responsible for leading regional import/export operations across Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia), ensuring operational oversight, execution, and alignment with established compliance procedures and departmental objectives . In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Guide and influence internal stakeholders and external partners to adopt consistent operational processes and support aligned execution across the region
The essential requirements of the job include :
+ Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience in import/export operations, customs, or trade compliance OR Master's degree with 7+ years of experience in import/export operations, customs, or trade compliance
+ 3+ years of experience managing personnel or regional operational activities across multiple countries
+ Strong working knowledge of import/export regulations, customs operations, and broker management processes across LATAM regions
+ Experience supporting operational oversight, KPI tracking, reporting, and Daily Management activities
+ Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including Logistics, Finance, Regulatory, and Operations teams
+ Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish; English proficiency strongly preferred
+ Experience identifying and resolving operational issues related to customs clearance, broker performance, and regional execution challenges

The Tax and Accounting Manager Brazil is responsible for leading all accounting and tax operations for the Brazil organization, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, corporate accounting policies, and internal control standards. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for repairs, installations, maintenance, qualifications and calibrations of Cytiva equipment at customer sites around LATAM region.
This position reports to the Area Service Manager and is part of the Equipment Services - Hardware Solutions team working at customer sites to cover LATAM region.
What you will do:
+ Responsible for repairs, installation, maintenance, and calibration of Cytiva equipment at customer sites around LATAM region
+ Inclination and ability to listen to various stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Sales, Customer Service) and generate actionable insights
+ Team mindset to work with and support fellow FSE's and service team members
+ Sense of Urgency - must have the drive/motivation to act. Must be able to prioritize daily activities and determine what requires immediate attention
+ The engineer also supports sales growth, service growth and customer satisfaction
Who you are:
+ Bachelors (engineering discipline)
+ 5 + years of prior field service experience in related fields on biotechnology companies, Laboratories, or medical devices industry
+ Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical troubleshooting, theory, and applications
+ Highly computer literate
+ English - fluent to receive technical training in English
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Able to travel 75% of the time, including international trips
+ Drive License
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Service Max - Oracle - SAP
+ Commercial experience, including direct selling of products or services
+ Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish

The Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire both internal associates and external stakeholders. This role involves creating compelling content, managing various communication channels, and supporting our brand reputation.
This position reports to the LATAM Sr. Marketing Manager and is part of the Latin American Marketing Manager located in Mexico City and will be an on-site role to cover Latin American Region.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Create Content: Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of communication materials, including press releases, internal announcements, newsletters, website content, social media posts, presentations, and marketing collateral.
+ Develop Internal Communications: Support internal communication efforts to ensure associates are well-informed about company news, initiatives, and values. This may include managing internal portals, email campaigns, and associate engagement programs.
+ Lead Digital Communication: Manage and update content on social media channels to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
+ Brand Management: Ensure all communications align with Beckman Coulter's brand guidelines, voice, and strategic objectives.
+ Event Support: Provide communication support for corporate events, conferences, and webinars, including developing messaging and promotional materials.
The essential requirements of the job include :
+ Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
+ Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a communications, public relations, or corporate marketing role, preferably within a corporate or agency setting. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
+ Languages: fluent written and spoken English is a must. Portuguese is a plus.
+ Experience in content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools and mid understanding of graphic design principles and experience with design software.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to travel locally and aboard when necessary (it is expected to be less than 10% of the time)
